The Wizard's Chest in Cherry Creek (on Fillmore, between 2nd and 3rd) was buzzing today with people looking for costumes. They've got all sorts of masks (Shrek, monsters, around $40), headbands with cat ears/bunny ears/antlers (about $9), wings ($8-$10-ish), glasses (including some like what LeVar Burton wore on Star Trek), Dr. Spock/ Big Lebowski / astronaut costumes, hula outfits, clown suspenders. Also costume kits, like a doctor for $15 or a pirate patch and earring for $3. You could also splurge on a wig (Dorothy Gale braids, a shag, Princess Leia buns, Jem and the Holograms pink wig, you get the idea) Nothing can be exchanged or returned if you get it from the second floor of the shop.
