I checked out Amazon's new map gadget http://maps.a9.com as part of research for work. If you live in one of a select 20 cities or so (including Denver), you can punch in an address on the web site (don't forget to include the city and state) and street-level photos of that address or neighborhood will pop up. Kind of cool, until my coworker noticed that the picture of our office includes her car. And the photo was taken without her knowledge by the maps.a9.com crew, a team of photo snapping people.

Talked to the CEO of a9 today, who said they've gotten one complaint from someone about a photo turning up on the search results that the person didn't want to be public, and so the one photo was taken down. So they're responsive.
