Brunch at Parallel 17

Been resisting Parallel 17 and their $8 pho, but went there today for brunch and it was fantastic. K got 2 eggs (w/ fresh fruit, 2 baguette slices, perfectly crisped and spiced home fries w/ choice of bacon, sausage patties or ham). C had the blueberry stuffed french toast -- not soggy at all, nice crisp clean flavors. There was a nice walnut-coated type crust, w/ blueberries and ricotta, creme anglaise and sausage patties. Best French toast ever. K also had the bottomless mimosas for $12. She probably had about five glasses, so it was worth it. They also have two big-screen TVs here that were both turned on NFL games Sunday, so yes, you can go to Sunday brunch and still keep track of the fantasy football team. But back to the food. If A wants to go there this weekend, will be sure to get photos this time.
